GK Films and Carey Mulligan go ‘Outback’
Variety reports that Graham King (GK Films), producer of The Departed, The Tourist, The Town and Rango, has announced he will produce a sci-fi film, set in the Australian outback. Entitled Outback, the film will star Carey Mulligan (The Great Gatsby) and be directed by Gary Ross (Seabiscuit, Pleasantville and upcoming The Hunger Games). Tobey Maguire will produce alongside Ross, King and his GK Films partner, Tim Headington.
