Google Australia announces the most popular travel destinations searched for in 2011
Google Australia’s newly published annual Zeitgeist list has revealed the top ten international travel destination search terms used by Australians in 2011. Out of the top ten destinations seven are within Australia - Hamilton Island, Byron Bay, Blue Mountains, Port Douglas, Hayman Island, Great Barrier Reef and Uluru.

Maldives
Visiting the Maldives is not complicated because of their visa policy. All visitors meeting the requirements will receive a free visa upon arrival, which is good for 30 days. The requirements are valid travel documents, a return ticket, as well as proof of sufficient funds for the stay.
